Features: Receives and stores all data. Connects to computer's serial port (9 pin). Includes software for managing data. Operates on 2 AA batteries. Acts as a datalogger and stores several days' data with no connection needed. Software is compatible with windows 95 and 98. Third-party software (www.weather-display.com) allows for automatic webpage with updates. Software calls in data and removes from interface storing in a datafile on the hard drive. Selected data can be exported as an ASII file for usein other programs (Excel etc.). Graphs charts and data lists can be generated from data using parameters (ex. wind speed and direction for january 2001). Sold as an addition to a professional weather station.
