Taylor Soft Shell White Mooring Buoy 18". This Taylor buoy features a soft outer skin made from fender vinyl to help reduce gel-coat wear. This buoy is molded in tube-through-the center design and foam filled to positively displace water. Reinforced plastic collar prevents chain wear at the top of the buoy. Buoyancy rating # indicated is the max. floatation the buoy provides while fully submerged. 50% of this value will be he weight the Taylor buoy can support at the level of the blue stripe.
